A Rustic Garden has decided to take the PLUNGE. We are now offering 6′ tall connecting metal fencing. Our hoop and spear design will now be available in the taller sections to help our customers with their special needs. Wild deer are menace to many, causing so much damage to their tress, scrubs and landscaping. 6′ fencing is a great height for swimming pool surrounds. Keeping your children and animals safe will be easy with our handmade fence.

Our wrought iron fence is make right here in middle Illinois in a machine shop. Our craftsman are busy building a forms to help with the constructing process. Each hoop will be hand bent so 12′ lengths of solid steel are being cut and ready for the process. The parts are then gathered and assembled on the second form to be welded together.

This 6′ tall fence will need more support so a 3rd horizontal bar will be added. The 1.5″ posts will have the coordinating cast iron finial. Watch for more pictures as we complete this new fencing product.

Each wrought iron fence section has three hoops and also three stakes that go down into the ground 9″-10″ deep.  The fence panels have an open hole on each end where they interlock to the next section.  At every intersection you can angle or curve a bit or even stair-step up or down.  The 1.5″ square steel post can be set 24″ deep at the gateways, corners, and end points.  Since the fencing stakes itself you can make long runs of fencing very sturdy without setting a post every few feet.  Once you get your first section in, the next will interlock and you can just work your way down the line.  As long as you have a post at every stopping point the fence is very sturdy.

Good fences make good neighbors. Good fences also keep pets in and pests out. They can add privacy to a yard as well as protection. When installing a fence for any reason the aesthetic quality should be taken into account.

The wrought iron fence and steel posts are custom made right here in Illinois to fit perfectly.  We can build you posts that stake into the ground or bolt to a hard surface like a deck  or patio.

Choose from 3′, 4′ and 5′  heigths in fencing and we now have added a new finial style to our 3′ tall fence. We can look at your plans and fit our fencing right down to the inch so you can be confident that you are ordering the correct amount of fencing for your landscape project.

Garden Arbors and arches raise up over your entryway to welcome your visitors. Of course there purpose initially is to support your climbing roses or clematis vines but they transform your landscape to a grander scale.

Our vintage style rod  iron fencing that has no finish on it so it will rust just like the historical fencing you might see around century old homes.  The bars are solid steel not hollow tubing so it would take more than a lifetime before you could ever see any noticeable weaknesses so your investment will last. 

We have garden fencing that has been in front of our business for about 15 years and it is a bit darker colored but basically is still as strong as it was when we installed it.  The wrought iron fencing that we would be shipping to our customers today is just a few months old so it is still a rusty orange color.  At this stage the rust does come off on your hand if you rubbed it.  After it is a few years old it will darken and look like an old iron fence, which is what most of our customers are looking for.

We can figure an estimate  for you but if you would like to send us a diagram of your project we can figure an exact quote.  Our interlocking wrought iron fence does install very easily so you will not need to hire a contractor.  Many applications don’t need any permanent posts.  The steel fence sections are sold with stakes that connect each section to the next and anchor down into the soil about 9″-10″.  The picture below shows a section hanging on the wall so you can see the extended stakes that anchor every 14.5″ throughout the run.  Our fencing is solid steel so it will not rust away.
